Lots of things to discuss...

Here we are at the end of October already. Monday will be the start of the last FULL week in October. Where has this month gone? Perhaps it's because i've been so busy? Maybe it's because life moves more quickly when you get older? or maybe it's all the things I've been looking forward to that are making time fly? What ever the reason - it's amazing to me that we're already at the end of October.

This week has brought us one week closer to a NUMBER of exciting things. We're now officially one month away from Kevin's wedding. We're 7 months away from OUR wedding. Today makes us 2 months away from Paris, and 7 months away from Costa Rica. WoW!

I love Fall - as I'm sure i expressed in earlier posts. It's a great season - chilly but not cold, pretty colored leaves and so much more. It's kinda sad though that I still can't wear sweaters without sweating when i get in my car at night. Or that it's still not odd that I'm wearing flip flops to work on October 19th. Where is the cold weather? (Global Warming - see previous post on Recycling!!!!) I'm ready for sweaters and layers, and hot chocolate and warming up next to the fire pit!!! But I guess one can only wait. (just a little bit longer...)

Last night we went to Pat Best's apartment for dinner. It was adorable. I had such a good time. He made us pasta and it was so tasty! We got to play with his cat and chit chat about random topics. It's great getting together with friends that you don't always see on a regular basis.

Tonight we have our first Halloween Party of '07. I'm not really 100% into going though - I think it's because my costume's not done or maybe because I haven't been home at all this week. I really just want to sit down and take a breath - but Halloween Party - here we come!
