Rub a Dub Dub

Today was soooo relaxing. For the most part that is. Since we've gotten home all I've wanted to do it settle back in - but I had been unsuccessful in doing so up until today.

I woke up this moring and decided that today deserved a trip to the movies (surprise!). Since my show time wasn't for a couple of hours I decided to do any final unpacking and tidy up the house. Then off to the movies. I saw PS I Love and sobbed through the entire movie. Perhaps it was the hormones... or maybe that I was there alone but either way, be sure to take a box of tissues if it's on your must see list.

After cooking dinner and basically doing nothing the rest of the day I wasn't feeling well and decided "you know what, I'm going to take a bath". Now I have friends who take random baths - and others who take baths quite regularly. This girl however, has not taken a bath since.... pre-high school??? It really was surprising relaxing... and maybe something I'll be doing a little more regularly in the near future.

Also, not so long ago I purchased what I thought would be my wedding day shoes. I wanted something comfortable, flat, cute and different. I ordered them online and they were shipped from somewhere in Europe. I just received them and I'm not sure that I love them as much as I thought I would. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with them... perhaps hold on to them for daily use? Wear them with the dress anyway? Good honeymoon shoes? Hopefully they'll grow on me and spare me an extra expense... we'll see.
