The Big Switch

So, the dreaded decision is upon me. Do I chance the weather and have the ceremony at the park or call everyone and move it to the Brandywine Country Club???

With the way the forecast is looking, I may have to do the unthinkable and move it to the Country Club.

I'm really thinking positive about the whole thing. It will allow for a smooth transition from the ceremony to the cocktail hour, dinner will be served slightly earlier, and everything will wrap up around 10:00 (previously 11:30) - which would be best for the older folks and children in attendance.

Also, Ryan could get his wish to go to a bar afterwards and hang out and unwind from the days events.

I have a phone call into Mary Kate at the Brandywine Country Club about what to do. Once she calls me back and we discuss everything, then I'll be able to determine if I need to notify all of the vendors of the change.

While this is definatly a stressful transition in this weeks events, at least I'm deciding now instead of waiting until later this week and having to handle it then.
