A Trip to the Doctor's

Yesterday I had a random check up and of course, Jude came along. I was going to see the doctor who delivered Jude and so thought "this woman was probably the first person Jude ever saw".

Anyway - I get in the exam room and when she walked in, it was just so sweet. She was cooing over him and was asking how he's doing, etc. etc.

Then on my way out I ran into Karla. She is like a nurse practitioner, I had seen her for a number of my prenatal visits when my doctor may not have been available at my desired time. The first time I saw her, I remember not liking her. at all. However, over time I realized I was maybe just reading her personality wrong and she actually became one of my favorite people there! She was just thrilled to see us and asked all about the little man and what he had been up to, etc.

It was all just very sweet and I loved how personal of an experience they gave everything considering how large of a practice they have.
