I have never been much of a morning person. In fact, I typically HATE waking up in the morning. Obviously with a child though, you can't wake up on your own schedule - you wake up on theirs.
I'd say about 90% of the time, Jude wakes up and I nudge Ryan to go get him out of his crib. This is usually right around the time Ryan's going to work - or if it's a 'bad' night then at 3:30 in the morning. He then brings Jude in to me where I continue to feed him and he 95% of the time falls right back to sleep.
After a couple more hours of sleep and some cuddling, Jude and I start our day with some much loved cuddle time! If it's a rushed morning it's only a couple of minutes, but it's not uncommon for us to spend 45 minutes to an hour just cuddling while he talks to me and pets my face. He's without a doubt at his happiest in the morning. He 'talks', smiles, kicks and is just his amazing little self.
