Popular Chef...

...Or not. I had my Pampered Chef party tonight - 4 people showed up. Two of them were friends of people who I actually invited. It was still grand. We made a delicious salad full of strawberries and yummy zesty lemon dressing - mmmmm. I love my Feghan and my Barbie (and their mother-type-people) for coming. Home girl in charge of the party convinced Momma Bowman to throw a party - that poor woman! I guess it'll be an excuse to buy more kitchen stuff!

Today's Wednesday - can't wait for the weekend. This Saturday Mom and I are going back up to Jennifer's to do a little more dress hunting. My goal: straighten out the dress situation. I tried on one while we were up at Jennifer's doing the Bridesmaid hunt that I really really really liked. It fits into my image or the day much more then the dress I currently have. After a little more browsing and some deep thinking, everything should work out.

I recently e-mailed Vikki-Lynn at the Brandywine Country Club to see if it would be ok for Mom and I to go view the room (the've re-done the colors and mom hasn't seen the venue at all), update (for me too): Vikki-Lynn doesn't work there. Someone else responded though and she seems just as nice. AND we have the OK to go up there on Saturday.

It should be a great weekend - mom will get the full wedding update; and I get to try on DRESSES!
