Not so Indy...

Well last night was the big trip to Lewis. At the Villages of 5 Points, they have been showing free movies outside.

Last night their movie of choice was Indiana Jones - "Raiders....". Ryan's a HUGE fan of the movie and was super excited to see it. (So excited in fact that he not only was willing to drive 2 hours to see it, but that he also bought an official Indiana Jones hat to wear for the occasion).

Well, we packed up beach chairs, blankets, a feghanandgreg, and a ryancreed and trucked on down to Lewis.

Besides getting confused about the location on the way there, the drive was pretty good. However, when we pulled up and there were no cars, no screen, only two cops standing next to a car, we knew it was a bad sign. It was cancelled. There was supposed to be bad weather, so they didn't want to chance it.

Thus we began our long drive back to New Castle.

It's a story though and another memory to add to our collection of fun times.

Hopefully they'll play Indiana Jones next week and Ryan will get to experience it in all it's trill.
