After coming off of a busy week last week, I was looking forward to a weekend with no real plans and no obligations - which is what I got for the most part - a fairly relaxed weekend of just going with the flow.
The weekend started at Brian Morgan's Halloween party. I was not at all excited to go. I really just wanted to sit at home and relax. But once I started putting on my costume that all changed. It was actually good to put it all on and see what I needed to add or adjust before the "big" party next week. When we got to the party we knew only a small handful of people. It was fun hanging out with Brian and his wife, because they really and great people! Not to mention he seemed truely happy that we showed up. It was fun seeing people all dressed up. However, we were tired and left fairly early.
**** I almost posted a full body shot of the two of us - BUT didn't happen! Keep tuned for next weeks pictures!*****
On Saturday Ryan and I got to spend some time together - which is uncommon during the day on the weekends (he's always got some project or another he's working on). We started our day going to breakfast with K&B which was a great time (as always). Then we scooted over to Milburn Orchard for a little while to hang out with Michele. We got a couple of apples and some corn stalks to decorate the front of the house. Later that night Ryan Creed stopped by and we played with his camera working on different shots for the "special treat" at the wedding. Then we got to sit around and watch a movie with our puppies (I think they missed us all week).
On Sunday i decided to clean the upstairs of our house. It's amazing how muchs tuff is stored up there, that doesn't belong to us! I seperated things into piles and will be making some phone calls to see who wants to keep their stuff this week. Then I went to the movies to see "things we lost in the fire...". I went by myself and basically cried through the whole things - what a sad movie - but good.
Last night Bryan and Katy came over and we worked on Bryan's AWESOME costume a bit. Then we watched Transformers on the projector. A great movie to end a great weekend.
