The First Snow...

Yesterday Delaware got it's first snow. It's weird though - it didn't seem as exciting as usual. Perhaps it's because it was snowing during the day - as opposed to an all night deal that you wake up bright and early to. But either way it was snow.

This was our first time to see Buddy and Zoey together in the snow. Ryand and I bundled ourselves up and headed to the park. It was interesting to say the least. Buddy is a "free spirit" compared to Zoey.

When we got to the park, I got Zoey out of the back of the truck and Ryan was right behind me with Buddy. I get into the field and tossed the red ball. Zoey takes off to get it. A fraction of a second later I see Buddy sprint past me as well, but he's headed in a different direction. Across the way is a little boy and his dad sledding down the wanna-be hill along the side of the field. Good thing the guy was cool and Buddy was calm. By the time we caught up to him, Buddy was sitting at their feet begging for attention. Needless to say - Buddy didn't get to play fetch for the rest of the trip. Zoey and I played catch for a few mintues while Buddy had his eyes fixed on the dog that entered shortly after we got there. Zoey started to get bored witht he game since she couldn't understand why her brother didn't want to play with her. We huddled the family back intot he truck and back to the house we went.

I had taken my camera, but it didn't have the battery. So when we got home I took the puppies out back for a couple of snaps. Neither of them paid me any attention though.

Later I sat down to fiddle with Photo Shop. I downloaded a free 30 day trial of Photo Shop on my computer and just started to hack into the possiblities of what I can do with it. I was extremly confused when I first got it, but with a little help from Ryan Creed and a big chunk of free time it's slowly getting more interesting. Perhaps when I learn how to access the saved pictures that I've edited, maybe I'll put some up for others to see... until then you can just imagine.
