I Got a New Bedroom Set!

Finally!!!

I've really been wanting one for quite some time.

The bedroom set that's currently in my room used to belong to my great grandmother and her husband. It's SUPER old. While I think it's beautiful and has potential to be a lot nicer then it is (with a little touch up paint and re-hardwareing) I still wanted something new for Ryan and I.

So, after a little convincing, we decided to go to Bassett Furniture (I love their stuff) and look around. I went in with on set in mind. I saw online that it was on clearance and I thought for sure I'd love it. Well, they only had what was in stock and the stock set didn't have all of the pieces I wanted. We almost just settled, until the sales lady told us that the legs on the dresser were not very sturdy (like I said it was the floor model... it's been moved around and maybe beat up a little). Not to mention I didn't **Love** it in person like I thought I would.

Well, I looked around the store and found about 3 or 4 other sets that I liked even more then the one I initially went for. After comparing prices, sizes, styles, hardware, dresser sizes and other components I found the one I really really loved!
