Any day now...

... The Morning Sickness will end.

I've read that usually morning sickness ends around 12 or 13 weeks. For some it's longer and for some it's shorter. Some never get it and others have it through their whole pregnancy. It didn't take too long for me to realize I would not be one of the lucky few who just never get it. It took a little longer for me to realize I would not be one of the lucky who only get it for a week or two. Still it took longer for me to realize I just may be one of the unlucky who go past the 12 or 13 week average (I'm crossing my fingers that full term morning sickness is not in my future).

For the most part it's not THAT terrible. Lately it's been pretty much an every other day thing and as long as I eat often through the day I can supress it for a few hours at a time. Outside of waking up in the morning and dry heaving in the shower, the bulk of it likes to hit some time in the evening and is this slight gagging and indigestion feeling that will generally last until I fall asleep. I just don't understand why it happens at night?! I'd rather feel crappier at work than I do when I'm at home spending time with the people I enjoy being around most.

Hopefully it'll all end within the next few days...

... We will sell/rent our house.

In addition to the above and the number of other things going on in our lives, we're still waiting to find out what's going on with 50 Morris. We've posted it on Craig's list, and have a sign outside of the house - both of which continue to get us ooddles of phone calls from interested renters. The past two weeks or so, Ryan has scheduled about 15+ people to come look at the house for rent. The cycle is pretty much the same: they see our sign, they call Ryan to get info, they schedule a time for a showing, we drive to New Castle, they never show up! I don't think I could ever do that!

He has another appointment tonight to show the house to a renter - hopefully something will come of it.

In addition our house is listed for sale with our Realtor. For the most part we have had very little luck with selling the house (surprise!). A little over a week ago we got word from one gentleman that he's interested and according to our realtor there's a lady who's called him and really low-balled a verbal offer (nothing in writing). Obviously, it's really disappointing that the house we put so much work into is worth so little right now. Depending on how these two prospects go, Ryan and I will have a lot to talk about.

We just hope SOMETHING happens soon.
