Maternity Photos?

When I first found out I was pregnant I if someone asked me if I planned to get maternity photos I would have thrown out a very enthusiastic "yes!". I love pictures. Taking them/being in them/looking at them/displaying them is one of my all time favorite things. However, time progressed quickly and here I am picture-less. I haven't even taken the classic monthly belly growth photos or anything (well, I took one, it looked terrible, I stopped).

Other than our our couple of vacations and our day trip to D.C. my camera really hasn't come out of it's case much at all. Recently when it does find it's way out it's generally pointed at everyone but me. You'd think I was hating my pregnant body, when really I (personally - and i could be wrong) think I look fine!

Well, today photos got brought up in conversation and I decided I should actively look into getting some done. At least so if I didn't go through with it I will have made an effort and DECIDED not to do it, instead of just missing the chance. I made a few phone calls, did a little online research and am waiting to see what happens. It's to the point now where I feel like who ever does them will be squeezing me into their schedule, so I feel terrible, but at least if it happens I'll be capturing the big-'ol pregnant belly.
