Look how much he's grown...

I probably should have saved this until 2 months, but oh well - I'll put another one up then.

Lots of people take monthly maternity photos - you know, pictures of their tummy growing, etc. I told myself I would, but for some reason, never did. By the time I felt like I was showing enough to make a photo worth-while I was too far in and felt lame only doing the last 4-5 months. Instead I did maternity photos about 2-3 weeks before Jude was born.

Lots of people also take monthly photos of their baby after their born. I've seen different ideas... some hold little signs that say "1 month!", other are with the baby sitting next to something so you can chart the growth against the object, etc. I told myself I WOULD do this. When month one rolls around I had wished I'd gotten a picture of him somewhere as a newborn. I couldn't think of a picture to recreate so put him in our pink striped chair. It wasn't exactly what I wanted but I thought it'd work.

Then i found this picture:



and decided that will be the picture I will recreate each month. I unfortunately don't have a 1 month photo, but at a little over a month and a half, look how much he's grown:
