So, a few days ago, was Earth Day.
In full spirit, I went out and bought a Peach Tree. I wanted to plant a tree (per my list o' things to do) and figured Earth Day was as good a day as any! Another stipulation was that I wanted something that would be fruitful. The last thing we needed was 'just another tree' in the front yard.
Well, that day one thing lead to another and we never planted our tree. BUT this morning, Ryan and I took advantage of the good weather and planted our peach tree. It's not much of anything yet... but I hope that it grows with us over the next however-many-years and we get tons of peaches year in and year out!
We put lotion on Jude while we were out in the yard. I'm always worried his little scalp will burn, so he got a good dose in his hair and it looked so fun:
