Thanksgiving (aka Long Weekend)

My long Thanksgiving weekend started Wednesday night planning for Paris with Barbie. We got together and baked a few Turkey-day treats and started hammering away at some of our vacation details. I think we did a good job getting a rough outline of where we want to go and things we want to see while we're there. I'm super excited.

After Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday mom and I prepared for our trip to "Rockin' Shoppin' Eve" at the mall. I was tired and cold and there weren't too many amazing deals, but it was fun to say i was there. Rocky Blue Winkle was passing out t-shirts and glow sticks as people lined up around the mall. We got a few of mom's gifts done and home to sleep we went.

Later that night Barbie and Kevin came over and we helped Ryan accomplish something new: finishing a game of monopoly. He lost rather quickly and I wasn't too far behind. After that we dropped like flies and before we knew it Barbie ended up with a "monopoly" of the board.

Saturday mom and I did a little more shopping and then we hit up Delaware Park. Bryan and Katy had never been and mom was hoping to win back some of her money (and Ryan and I were along for the ride). No one won anything except for my mom-mom but it was still fun.

Sunday was mom's last day in Delaware. We met her for breakfast and sent her on her way. After that Ryan and I did some much needed grocery shopping and came home to get our house back in order. Ryan Creed even came to get some more ideas for the movie together.
