I'm a Scrap-oholic.

I got a new hobbie. It's scrapbooking. I used to do it all the time when I was younger, but stopped when my mom moved because she took all of her scrapping-supplies with her. Well, as I recently blogged I went out and got ooddles of stuff to finally do something with all of the pictures that have been sitting on my computer quickly going no where.

I realized when I was shopping that I must have really been out of the scrapbooking loop for quite some time (or my mom was cheap and didn't buy the good stuff) because there were so many fun/amazing things that I didn't use when i had done it before. Well, the past three night I've gone home and spread all of my supplies out on the counter and went to town. I must say that I'm really pleased with the way things are turning out. I can't wait to finish my 2006 book so I can start to show it off.

In addition to Hobby-ing all week I went to see "Charlie Wilson's War". It was pretty good. It seemed pretty mono-tone (to me) in the sense that it didn't have your typical "rise and fall" that movies usually have, but it's neat that they used (what appeared to be) live footage for the actual "war" shots. Pretty good over all.

In other news I made an appointment with a bakery. Unfortunatly they don't have any openings to sit down and talk about designs until March - but I'm told that's plenty of time for them. Either way, it's another thing I can check off my list.
