I should have bought my parasols sooner....

Because this past weekend, I WAS SHOWERED! (get it?).

I'll admit, I knew it was coming - but what I didn't know if that EVERYONE knew I knew it was coming! I was 100% shocked as I walked into the Iron Hill banquet room. I thought for sure that Barbie was stalling until 1:00 at Meghan.

I had such a good time! My fancy little ladies really out did themselves.

After all of the festivities (which included opening presents for what seemed like HOURS)we had to haul it all back to our house. It took not only the bed of Ryan's truck, but also Greg's station wagon packed to the top to get it all home.

After saying farewell to people and an early dinner at Border Cafe, I spent all night unpacking all of my new kitchen/house toys and putting them away, and writing Thank You notes.

I still have a few piles of things that need a home in my kitchen, but for the most part, it's good to go.

What a fun fun fun day!

I think Michele said it best when she said "we should do this EVERY weekend!".
