UGH!

So, we're coming to the end of day TWO of our waiting game we've been playing and it's really frustrating!

I just got off the phone a little bit ago with our realtor and he said he got a voicemail from their realtor stating basically that they are probably sending the offer back rejected but to give her a call to discuss it. Which to him meant that although they weren't taking our offer (which we knew was too low, but would possibly give us the best chance to get in lower than expected) there was still room for negotiation, but he's not sure how much or whether they would be sending a counter offer. UGH!

So I've been waiting as patiently as can be for him to let me know the result of their conversation but it's killing me not knowing what's going on. Part of me wants to call those suckers up myself to see what's happening.
