Fingers Crossed

So, we put our bid in tonight! I can't wait to hear back on how everything went (hopefully tomorrow).

We spoke with our realtor after we submitted all of our paperwork and he said he spoke with the seller's realtor for a moment on the phone about the offer. Apparently there was a bid within the last couple of weeks for more than ours that was rejected which worries me a little, but he might be loosing hope on getting full price which could be promising.

So, hopefully some time tomorrow we'll get a phone call saying they accepted or with a promising counter offer!

In the mean time I've done quite a bit of preparation packing. If this offer doesn't work out we'll still be hunting for the next great deal (I've already started to browse around for some more potential houses to look at).
