What I've been up to...

It looks like Ryan and I may be moving... (I feel like we're constantly back on forth on this all the time - but this time, seriously!)

We went last week for a pre-approval which went very well and then this past weekend we went out to look at a few houses to see what's out there. Of the 5 houses we looked at, 1 was a no go, 1 was just way too small, 2 were fabulous but not exactly what we were looking for and 1 was what we could easily consider a great buy! Ryan and I were pretty interested in an Arbour Park home that needs some major up dating (as it's still in it's original 1970's glory) but has a boat-load of potential.

After talking everything over, Ryan and I decided we'd place a bid, so tomorrow's the big day to see what happens!

Tonight we went to my brother's house and told him all about it and our hopes for what it could be. Being all excited he asked us to show it to him. Being that the house was vacant we went for it! We drove around the neighborhood a little and it looked great (a huge change from chelsea), and looked around the outside of the house. He seemed to love it as much as we did.

Also exciting is that we'll be keeping our current home and renting it out!
