Gather the leaves and sticks

I think I'm getting that "nesting" feeling that everyone talks about.

Ryan and I had said quite some time ago that we didn't plan to start the nursery until after the New Year. We had plenty of other things going on that we figured the New Year would be a refresher for us and we could start focusing on the house and the millions of projects we have ahead of us. I think that the New Year is hitting me at the right time because within the past couple of days I keep talking about how unprepared I feel like the house is for the baby.

Ryan and I should both be getting a 4 day weekend this week, so I hope that we’ll be able to start some projects. Even if it’s not in the nursery – any progress around the house would be appreciated.
