This Day in History

It's rare for me to remember EXACTLY what it was that I was doing on a certain day in any of the years prior, however, today is quite different.

Today, two years ago was quite a big day in Delaware history for children of all ages. It is the day that the glass doors to Chick-Fil-A on Rt 40 first opened up and exhausted crispy deliciousness into the air. they lured hundreds of guests into their dining room addicting them to their goldren brown waffle fries and soft chewey nut coated brownies. An event that was truely "their pleasure".

I of course was in attendance and eager to become an addict.

Honestly I didn't remember this until I by chance went in for lunch today and they had tents set up, were passing out flyers and all that good birthday fun - but I thought it'd make for a funny post.
