And we're in!

So! We're officially in our new house!

Tuesday Ryan and I both took the day off to go to settlement and do the big chunk of moving. Settlement went super smooth and we were out of there in about 45 minutes or so.

After we were finished with signing away, we headed back to New Castle to pick up a load of stuff and our Buddy boy before getting into our new home! As we pulled up the storage unit we got over a month ago was being pulled out of our driveway and on it's way! We loaded up some of the larger items still haning around the house and headed over to our Newark home.

The move-in went smoothly as well! We got some of the large items inside and then started working on emptying the storage unit. Everything seemed to come out in one piece and before we knew it we had emptied the unit into the garage and were able to carry the bedroom set that was hidden in the back up to our new master bedroom. (thank you meghan and greg!)

Also, while we were working, Ryan's dad was hooking up our new hot water heater and fridge so we could officially live there.

Later on that evening, Mary and my dad stopped by with the boys to see the house, as did my grandmom and Kevin and Barbie. Before we knew it, it was getting late and we could get our first nights sleep in the house.

There's still so much to do and so many projects I can't wait to get started, but it's sure to be a grand adventure!
