Avoid all Fruit Juice unless organic Grape

Beans
Wheat
Grapefruit

... and on my approved list of foods:
Beets
Green Beans
Cucumbers
Avocados
Garlic
Most fruits
Tomatoes
Lemon Juice (nothing like a good glass of lemon juice in the morning)
obviously not a comprehensive list, but from what I've gathered: "if it's good don't eat it - if it sucks eat all you'd like"
Lame.
Ultrasound tomorrow - we'll see if that's what it really is.

Well... you will definitely be able to cross "get below pre-pregnancy weight" off of your list.

Hopefully that "diet" wont last long! Let me know if there's anything I can do
I went through the same thing after my pregnancy. After my ultrasound they saw I didn't have them. In my case it was just the hormonal change that happens after pregnancy and during breastfeeding. Hopefully that will be your case too.
